Hello, Ekolobreizh is an association for the preservation of built heritage, which offers training in eco-construction. What you call "waste of all kinds" are natural materials (especially wood) that we take care to store. I am the person who welcomed you, volunteer of the association, the former employee is on sick leave, which I had reported to you. I am currently in Ekolobreizh to learn masonry and lime-hemp. I've been on the site since last Tuesday and don't know the area yet. Leaflets are available to customers in the cabin. The breakfast is entirely composed of organic products. The cleaning has been done, the smell you smelled may be related to the construction site and the materials used. In the morning there was no one left because we had gone to learn on the building sites. When you left, we wanted to trust you with the inventory because we were understaffed, which I agree was perhaps not the best solution but, as said before, the employee is on hold. However, thank you for your feedback. I will try to find out more about the region if I have to help again in welcoming visitors to the hut.
