Hello Madam, I was waiting for your comment because indeed after my refusal to postpone your reservation, I was expecting a bad return from you. Since you have decided to go public with your misadventure, I also have to publish the most accurate answer. You sent me an email 2 days before your reservation because you no longer wanted to come. The reason: your husband no longer wanted to come because of the new health guidelines. I told you that nothing had been changed in our department and that I was maintaining all reservations. You then pretended that you had been in contact with a person who had covid. Then the very day of your arrival you no longer wanted to come because you could not wash. In each email you sent me the reason for canceling or postponing your stay was not there... The fact that there is no shower from October is indicated on the site. I tried to call you twice to have you in person but without success. I still want to apologize for the stains on the duvet which did not wash off and indeed I went to check the condition of the mattress myself: some traces of mold due to the condensation of the bubble, but for to see it, you had to remove the mattress pad and turn the mattress over. I'm sorry we didn't see it. If you had deigned to answer me on the phone, I would certainly have offered to come back for free to apologize because I am an honest person and not in bad faith! As for the lack of light on the path, the solar lamps did not work due to lack of sun during the day, I will immediately write it up on my site in case the problem arises again. But I want once again to insist on the fact that my domain is in the middle of the forest and that I did not want to develop this beautiful forest too much so as not to distort it. As for the bubble platform, I don't quite understand the problem listed. Sincerely, Corinne M., Owner of Mas des Pins
