The cabin is very cute and quite functional. The bed is comfortable. It's really a little cocoon, we are well hidden from the other residents of the campsite. A little disappointed with the aperitif, we expected a little more but on the other hand the breakfast was very generous. Access to the sauna and private jacuzzi is really pleasant especially in the evening with all the lights.

Very good value for money, the only small downside is that the showers are not adjacent to the accommodation but this does not change the fact of having spent a very good romantic weekend.

Kota very well equipped, clean, welcoming, everything you need. Bath not super clean but that's okay, sauna lots of bugs in it but we are in the forest however it didn't work, a discount for this would have been appreciable at 200€ per night. Hearty breakfast. Very pleasant overall except for the sauna which is a shame and on the other hand the campsite toilets are very average in terms of cleanliness, I didn't shower there.

Overall, the stay is ideal: small private space with the amenities inherent in a moment as a couple. However, as nothing is ever perfect, we would have some small suggestions: an outdoor shower would be a real plus, bottles of water (for additional sale) would be ideal as well as for more comfort, the filling of kettles and machine coffee. Otherwise, the setting is magnificent, we are much more in the bubble. A little worse when the price of the jars that we did not find up to taste. A warm thank you to the smiling, punctual and available staff.

Pleasantly surprised by this establishment! The value for money and the friendliness of the reception staff are at the top!! Whether it's the accommodation, the services, nothing to say... I recommend this establishment! The only downsides that we found in terms of cleanliness are the carpets in the accommodation and the hairs found in the bed.

It was a wonderful experience, everything was fine. The breakfast, the aperitif, the dinner, the atmosphere, the ball, the sauna and Nordic bath. Everything was perfect. We would like to stay one more night. Thanks to the whole team.

Pleasant and relaxing stay. There is a lack of lighting in the evening, especially at the outdoor seating area, we had to light up with the telephones. No candle in the lanterns, it's a shame. We were very well received. The staff is listening. However, there are no explanations for the operation of the Nordic bath. A memo would be desirable. The breakfast was good, as well as the appetizer. It just lacks a solar shower to really be in the bubble. We enjoyed this short stay. Thanks

Very nice welcome, very very nice accommodation, which might deserve to be a little more out of sight, and therefore with a fence... Just to really be in a real bubble. Curious people could approach easily!! But otherwise it's really great!

Very friendly atypical environment. The two missing elements are: the bubble level toilet and the light for the Nordic bath (we were completely in the dark lighting up with our phones).

We were generally happy with this stay. The bubble, the sauna and the Nordic bath are very pleasant. Very nice aperitif and breakfast. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the management. We arrived at the accommodation and nothing was done, the cleaning lady had not passed by when it was 5pm. We had to wait .. The next day, I had to leave the keys on the reception desk after waiting 10 minutes. There was no one. Despite the friendliness of the staff / managers, I think they are a bit overwhelmed in terms of management for this property, which remains an excellent place for a change of scenery.

The downsides: No lights outside (forced to use phones). I love camping, but it's a shame to be in a romantic, cozy spot and have to use the communal toilets. The sauna is poorly insulated, letting in outside air. Cleanliness was a bit poor, with a lot of dust and dead mosquitoes, and cigarette butts outside. The kota is very small. We didn't have enough wood to fuel the hot tub. The campsite wasn't very lively for August. Having used spas before, this one didn't heat up to the recommended temperature. When we arrived, the hot tub wasn't even filled with water (apparently the filling hose had come out). The window seals on the kota with the bedroom were all completely torn off. And I'm leaving out a lot of other small details. We've stayed in similar kotas with jacuzzis, spas, bikes, etc., and for the price, we found it really overpriced!

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to continuously improving the wooden bubble in Chantilly. We apologize if the cleaning wasn't perfect, as this is quite below our usual standard. Regarding the Nordic wood-fired bath (Finnish bath), it's important to understand that it's not a jacuzzi (no electric water heating, no jets): this is part of the unique experience of this accommodation. The sauna is open-air and has unlimited access; despite the new seals, a small draft may still occur depending on the outside temperature. As clearly stated on the website, the sanitary facilities are shared with the campsite 50 meters away: they were completely renovated in 2018. This year, the wooden bubble features curtains and a mini-bar. We are constantly improving our services. Regarding the outdoor lighting, it's a delicate matter because too much light is bothersome, and not enough light is difficult at night: we're working on it to find the best compromise. Thank you for enjoying the charming location, the peaceful campsite in August, the delicious breakfast, and the lovely view under the stars! The Pré des Moines Team
