Tree house. Nice family experience. The defiplanet domain, the perfect place to get together with the family in a pleasant setting. Small flat on the repetition at the breakfast level.

The cleanliness of the toilets is deplorable all the more in this period of health crisis. The equipment is not maintained, the quality of the catering is very limited. All this is a shame because the concept of the park around the ecology and all the activities offered are top and we loved sleeping in the trees.

I'd like to respond to your feedback on three points: - I spoke about this at reception when I returned the keys. - The restrooms were only cleaned twice a day, as indicated on the signage. Furthermore, these were the restrooms for the swimming pool. This is especially concerning during this health crisis. - Regarding the park's facilities, I was referring to the animal park and the activities in the forest. Élodie Depeint
Thank you, Madam, for your feedback and your stay at DéfiPlanet’. The restrooms are cleaned three times a day by our staff, as you could see on the log sheets in each area. Unfortunately, we are not immune to the occasional individual or group leaving the facilities in a deplorable state, as you mentioned. That's why we have posted a notice with a phone number in each restroom so you can notify us and clean them again. We will contact you by phone to understand which facilities you are referring to. We offer several types of food service, including the snack bar, the Farfadet's Cauldron, and the Farfadets' Plancha, providing a range of options to suit different budgets and preferences. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we prefer to be informed directly on-site of any comments so we can discuss them with you and take immediate action.
