We had booked a yurt for the night, the pools were not clean and not heated as indicated on the site. It is a shame because mid-June is the start of the season !!! 8 € of booking fees for one night corresponded to 10% of our overnight stay it is exaggerated !! Very nice setting and good breakfast!

Hello, We are sorry for your negative and harsh review following your one-night stay with us in June. Furthermore, to clarify, the price of your yurt stay was not €80. This total price includes the night (€45) as well as the additional services you voluntarily added: 1 hour of private spa for 2 (€10), and 2 breakfasts (€16). We consider these prices quite reasonable. It is therefore regrettable that these booking fees (which were included and accepted at the time of online booking) seem to be such a significant factor for you in relation to the overall cost. Finally, you questioned our swimming pools. It is surprising that you were able to try two, as the second one is reserved for our caravan park and you were not permitted access to it. Furthermore, your assessment of the water temperature prevents you from evaluating the operation of our heat pump, which was indeed functioning on the day of your visit, and had been for over a month. The water was at 25 degrees Celsius. Regarding cleanliness, we conduct a daily check to ensure the maintenance of our pools, but we cannot guarantee their overall condition at the end of each day. With that, we hope you find a place that better meets your expectations during your next stay. The Domaine Provençal Team
