Hello, to clarify, the playhouse, fully equipped (with a railing and vertical bars on the stairs, a guardrail around the entire terrace, and a gate with a latch), is designed to be completely safe for children aged 3 and up when accompanied by an adult (see description and photos on the website). The package also includes the bottle of champagne you didn't mention, along with savory snacks like toasts and a basket filled with cherry tomatoes from our garden.

The ad promises access to showers that were inaccessible to us that same evening. As a source of water, a small reserve cannot replace a shower. I beg you to remove this false information from your site. Then, I think that at the price of the night, it would have been normal to find a clean cabin with dry bedding. Indeed, we had to sweep to remove the dust and we will pass the insects and spiders that shared the accommodation with us (it is still a cabin). Then the humidity of the sheets left us perplexed. Dry sheets are not a luxury... Only one towel for two in the toilets... Despite all this, the cabin is very pretty from the outside, the place is cute and the breakfast nice. I am not aware of the condition of the other accommodations but with the service we experienced, I will not recommend this address!

Hello, regarding your personal, subjective, and inaccurate comment, you did not request a shower; I myself offered it to you for your comfort during this heatwave. Please check the "Practical Information" section: depending on availability, evening and/or morning shower times are listed. As I was unavailable that evening, I offered it to you in the morning, and you declined. You also need to accept the concept of the treehouse being "without water or electricity" for a few hours. It seems you didn't understand what you were getting into... The treehouse receives meticulous attention, with two cleanings per day throughout the year. We only have two cleaning staff, so it will be clean upon your arrival. The quality bedding provided by our supplier is dry, as are the two towels, especially during this heatwave. This statement is completely inaccurate, even false, of course. I assure you that all our facilities are identical; our guests, both passing through and our regulars, appreciate the setting and our high-quality facilities.

there would be simple improvements to be made: like providing 2 cups or glasses in the room, a little attention when arriving in the room (a drink with 2 glasses for example) it's very simple but it's nice. The hours do not allow you to take advantage of the site: arriving at 6 p.m. and leaving at 10 or 11 a.m. it's short, it almost requires you to take the extension and pay more, it's a shame not to be able to arrive earlier. Otherwise the the setting is nice and the weather had better be good because there is no heating in the room because there is no electricity

Hello, thank you for your feedback. This is the case in the Bruit d'O cabin, which has electricity, a hot drinks tray, and a kettle. The amenities vary from cabin to cabin due to their unique characteristics. You can arrive before 6 pm without any problem, as some of our guests have done; just let us know so we can arrange a personalized welcome. Check-out is indeed at 11 am (not 10 am as indicated), like most other establishments, to allow time for subsequent arrivals. You are welcome to stay on the site if you wish. Regarding heating, this is why we are open seasonally from May to October, covering the late spring, summer, and early autumn months.

Everything was perfect. The cabin is clean and pleasant for those who want to "go green", the owners are very nice and helpful, the setting relaxing with the presence of ducks and peacocks around two ponds to walk around. The breakfast is very good. We disconnected from the world during the stay and that feels good.

Big drawback for meals (dinner: not worth its price, industrial pie, soup = broth; breakfast: frozen products, no jam); limited quantity. Toilet door cannot be closed. Cleanliness of the cabin: leaves much to be desired; including cobwebs present everywhere that did not date from a day.

The house is pretty and easy to access. The traffic on the road is heard slightly. We had dinner, not too bad but served with a very average Spanish wine while the cabin is close to several vineyards ... maybe also a little more authenticity in the breakfast products.

On the site is mentioned "common showers" but it is actually showers located in a bed and breakfast which is itself rented. We are therefore going to shower and charge our phones quickly after our arrival before the hosts arrive. 30 min after entering the bathroom, an old lady (certainly the mother of the owner of the site) comes to chase us like thieves, clearly disrespecting us and stating that the hosts who rented the room are waiting to return. At the end of the stay we still did not understand this story of showers ... but we are very clearly disappointed. We slept in a cabin, cleaning hadn't been done for a while: dust on the furniture and under the bed. For a stay of € 60 per night per person, the services are not up to par.

Superb atypical experience to repeat! The cabin is a real cocoon 8 meters high in the heart of nature and in absolute calm. Perfect welcome, dinner and breakfast. Very pleasant area, well maintained and very well appointed sanitary area.

Home very pleasant availability and smile are waiting for you! The cabin is really nice. Only small flat a little brush would have been appreciated when we arrived ... but otherwise really I recommend it was great !!!
