Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. You stayed in early July, on a particularly hot and sunny day, with temperatures around 26-28°C. The dome is very well insulated and equipped with double glazing, but its large glazed surface naturally lets in more of the sun's heat than a typical dwelling. Ventilation is installed in the dome, and we have also provided air conditioning for particularly hot days. In fact, it is the only one of our accommodations equipped with it. It is also possible to ventilate by opening the front door, and we plan to add an additional window by the end of the year to further enhance natural ventilation. Conversely, in autumn, winter, and spring, the dome fully benefits from the sun's heat, which is well retained thanks to its insulation. This allows for lower heating consumption than in a typical dwelling. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we thank you nonetheless for your feedback, which allows us to continue improving the comfort of the dome. Nicolas & Laura
