Very disappointed, icy welcome, no flexibility, total lack of professionalism. Too bad because the establishment is however pleasant but it is the race for options and supplements which you are informed after confirmation of reservation ... ATTENTION !!!! Too bad

Very welcome and the trailer is very clean and well laid out, very good breakfast, the setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the value for money is very good, the owners are available. To do again !!!

The caravan, very nice concept, the setting is splendid, the gardens and surroundings very well maintained. We were just a little disappointed with the rather cold welcome from Madame, who asked us what time we wanted breakfast. We said 10 am, she replied: "Will you be gone at 10:30 am?" We found his answer a bit rough. The next day at breakfast, a very nice gentleman served us. I just find it a little unfortunate to serve us the orange juice and not to leave the bottom of the carafe (1 glass no more), to systematically open the yogurts as if to prevent us from taking it with us, if however we wanted to eat it a little later and we have to leave it. It's a bit tight, not very commercial. Other than that, we appreciated the originality of the accommodation and the bedding was good.

Hello Madam, Thank you for your message and for the remarks concerning the positive points that you raise. We are sorry that you saw some of our efforts as negative. If we serve orange juice, it is to tend towards a top-of-the-range service. In fact, placing the carafe on the table and telling the customer "Help yourself" does not seem very qualitative to us. In addition, we pass by the customers several times during breakfast to ask if you need anything, just ask us for orange juice, as some customers do, so that we are happy to serve you. Likewise for yoghurt, if we take the time to remove the lid of the yogurt rather than suddenly placing it on the table, it is to provide top-of-the-range service. Afterwards, honestly, whether you eat your yogurt on the spot or take it out, in both cases we have provided you with yogurt, so what does that change for us? Radin we are? ... Finally, concerning the breakfast times, as indicated on the site and during your booking confirmation that you received, the departure time is 10am. So it makes sense to have breakfast first. When we asked you what time you wanted lunch (always to accommodate the customer for high end service), you answered 10am, so there was no way you could have left for 10am! Also, to be pleasant to you, so we have postponed your departure time for free to 10:30 am, obviously this polite answer to adapt to your request was perceived by you as "rude" ... In summary, we are sorry that our actions to strive for quality service is perceived by you as negative points. We will try to exchange more with our future customers to improve this. The accommodation is not air conditioned. In addition it is planned for 3 people but the price increases if you go from 2 to 3 people and it remains high.
