Very nice experience, a breathtaking view of a magnificent forest. A real moment of relaxation and rest in nature. Which is a shame, no real trail ride and no possibility of seeing the horses that are a few meters away.

Every detail is taken care of from reception until departure. Very good energy. Careful listening. Meal delivered in a nice basket. Garden furniture or dining table on a large terrace. Shower with different options. I really recommend. Thank you

In a beautiful little forest, isolated from everything and surrounded by nature. Nothing better to find yourself peaceful for a weekend. The reception and services are just at the top. The owners are of a kindness and a service really perfect.

Hello Madam, Thank you for your feedback, which we have read carefully. We did indeed notice some small stains on a towel, and we apologize for this. We outsource the laundry to a professional, and despite their quality control, we regret having to occasionally discard clean linen. Your towel slipped through our inspection, and we apologize for this. Fortunately, you have enough towels in the bubble to compensate for this issue, although this does not detract from the validity of your comment. Thank you for informing us of your problem regarding the outdoor shower temperature setting. Contrary to what you described, it is very functional and enjoyable under normal circumstances and has been a hit with many guests. However, the cold water inlet to the mixer tap has indeed become blocked and is not allowing sufficient water flow, thus causing the inconvenience you experienced. The part will be replaced this week for the benefit of our guests, who much prefer showering outdoors near the spa. Regarding the selection included in our aperitif package, which features a bottle of Crémant, a platter of Iberico Bellota cured meats, and a duo of spreads, it has always met our customers' expectations. As it is an aperitif, perhaps you would have appreciated a more generous selection; we are therefore sorry that the quantities were not sufficient.
