Good to know

Swimming is permitted in designated areas of some of the estate’s ponds, but there is no lifeguard supervision.
Accommodation without electricity.
During your stay, you can enjoy the many activities available on the estate: rowing boat, paddleboarding (depending on the season), badminton, pétanque, table tennis and table football! The choice is yours, but we highly recommend taking a boat trip on the estate’s ponds — a must for couples and nature lovers!
Fishing at Domaine Les Étangs de la Bassée
With its 9 bodies of water spread over more than 34 hectares, Domaine Les Étangs de la Bassée is a true paradise for fishing enthusiasts. During your stay, you can enjoy pole fishing (without a reel) free of charge on the estate’s ponds, ideal for catching roach, bream and tench. Fishing sessions by reservation are also available, suitable for both beginners and experienced anglers.
Carp fishing enthusiasts can book a dedicated experience at an estate renowned for its exceptional stock, with carp weighing up to 30 kg. All fishing is carried out using the no-kill (catch and release) principle in order to preserve the fish and their environment.
Predator fishing (pike, zander, perch and black bass) is available from October onwards, as part of a dedicated offer from the estate.

Please note: €20 additional fee per dog, payable on site, and you must bring a blanket for your dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted in this accommodation.

Booking conditions

Visitors are not permitted at Domaine Les Étangs de la Bassée. Guests wishing to invite people from outside the estate for the day, for a meal or for an overnight stay must inform the site manager by email or by post. Visits are subject to an additional fee, upon request.
A €50 security deposit will be required upon arrival.
