Lovely hosts, helpful, and good advice for visits. Great breakfasts! The cabin is more suitable for a short stay but not for a week. It's a shame that we can't cover the skydomes during the day to avoid overheating, which is difficult to recover when we come back in the evening and the mosquitoes are already out, preventing us from opening the doors and windows. The air conditioning is not enough to cool the room in this case. You shouldn't worry about insects and arachnids either, they are an integral part of the decor, which was no problem for us with 2 children (2.5 and 7 years old).

We had a wonderful stay in a real Hobbit house. Everything is well thought out, just like in Tolkien's world! The spa is a real plus. A hearty breakfast was delivered directly to the cabin. And a superb adventure in search of the ring rounded off our stay. A truly wonderful family experience.

Wonderful stay, in a place conducive to peace and quiet. For fans, the cabin corresponds perfectly to the Tolkien imagination. The welcome is very warm and the game offered on the theme of the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit was really great.

When ordering meals, no confirmation response after two text messages. Place that is getting damaged over time and could do with a bit of a refresh. The cleaning has been neglected: dust, cobwebs, stained bedspread, water bottle under the bed and cotton from our predecessors in the trash. The place, however, remains very pleasant and magical, we accessed it easily but a little indication would not be too much.

Owner difficult to contact when I finally get there I ask to reserve "the romantic evening" which I don't have on arrival (forgetfulness) shower that doesn't hold, cabin wall to finish, in the breakfast basket we find a rat dropping... on the other hand the cabin atmosphere is very pretty and in keeping with the theme it's the only good thing Even if this cabin needs to be renovated it is cracking everywhere Structure and design of the cabin very beautiful but the services are bad much too expensive for the quality of service On arrival a multitude of rules stated without any sympathy (like "take off your shoes!!, shoes are prohibited in the chalet!!!) Forgetting the romantic aperitif booked the day before on the phone... in short apart from the atmosphere that the chalet gives off nothing is going well... I am very disappointed I had booked this evening with the romantic aperitif to surprise my husband... it was me who was surprised... and not in a good way Congratulations to the company that designed this cabin because it is very pretty but not at all maintained We were not able to shower the shower head did not hold and for fear of a disaster we did not use it Incredible given the price of the night Hearty breakfast even if I did not understand why there were two croissants and only one pain au chocolat….and the rat droppings in the basket were the best……. I don't know if I will go back to abracadaroom for another stay…..you do not check your rentals….

Amazed on arrival by this magnificent place, here we are transported to a dead end, with all the modern comforts, we appreciate the decor, the atmosphere, the Tolkien touches, the comfort, very good quality bed, hair dryer available, coffee maker and pod, jacuzzi, daily cleaning nickel, but negative point for the cobwebs that we find on the ceiling of the entire cottage, dust made in visible places but not under the bed for example. At the price paid we expected all the same a maintained accommodation, there is a great need for a little renovation and cleaning and repair, even for the garden, a little maintenance and flowering for us the value for money is not, maintained as such it is well worth 100 euros less. It really bothers me to put this comment, because the place is magical, the host adorable and the breakfast perfect. But it seems important to me to specify that despite the high price, you should not expect anything perfect.

Nice place. Nothing more. Not enough reference to the Hobbit theme for our taste. Accommodation not sufficiently maintained and not clean enough. Starting to get old. On the other hand, good welcome, pleasant jacuzzi, very good breakfast and good bedding. Value for money not respected. A little disappointed

Located in a small, peaceful village in the Dordogne, this adorable hobbit house respects and pays a beautiful homage to Tolkien's world. From design to decoration, it feels like it. The sheltered spa is a very pleasant little extra. We lacked nothing during this unforgettable stay, everything was there: the warm welcome, the comfort, the facilities, the ideal environment. An experience that I would repeat with great pleasure (and I hope that will be the case).

Hobbit house very well decorated corresponds to the theme hearty breakfast and very good also only small downside cleanliness of the house spider web everywhere (this can be explained we are in the middle of nature but there were quite a few there) and candy stuck on the ground in the cabin the cleaning certainly belongs to the owner but the know-how to the customer...damaged garden furniture Good welcome and visiting advice

Excellent moments in this unusual accommodation. We were very well received and treated very well throughout our stay. The bedding is great, all the necessary equipment is available. The hut is very well thought out and the hobbit house effect is guaranteed. We loved it and keep in touch with the host to come back one day with great pleasure.

Nice surprise gift for my companion. A total change of scenery… you could almost believe it, and that feels good. Beautiful architecture and decor. Pleasant garden. Private spa…. Top . Magnificent cabin, truly wonderful structure, even magical! The interior a dream too. On the other hand, the outside is a wasteland, not mowed, its did not make you want to be outside. The place of the reception is under construction, one wonders where one arrives. The person gives us a lot of instructions, a little surprised by this kind of going into the matter. Otherwise this cabin is of course idyllic and the breakfast a pure marvel.

Cabin full of charm and decorated with great taste that we liked as much to us adults as to our 2 year old daughter. The equipment is perfect (air conditioning, spa, kitchen, bathroom). Everything is very comfortable and the terrain not overlooked at the top. Our host was very welcoming and gave us advice on tours and outings perfect to please our daughter. Add to that a top location and delicious breakfasts: our stay was perfect! A big thank-you.

Great stay at the Hobbit cabin. A superb job was done for a total immersion in the Universe of Tolkien. The cabin is magnificent, the packed lunches are exquisite, the welcome is warm and the surroundings rich in cultural and natural sites to discover. The treasure hunt is also very nice, it allows you to take a nice stroll around before enjoying the hut and its SPA.
