The rate includes

The rate is indicated all taxes included, it includes the overnight stay in the accommodation for a maximum of 2 people, and it includes bed linen and household linen.

The rate doesn’t include

Not included are the towels (towels and washcloths) but they are available for rent, as well as shower products.

Extra / additional services

The bath towel is available for rent at 4€ per towel for the stay.

Booking conditions

The reservation is confirmed after receipt of the full payment of the rental amount if the reservation is made less than 60 days before the arrival date. Or if the 30% deposit payment is received for a reservation made more than 60 days before the arrival date. No security deposit will be requested if the holiday rental insurance certificate is provided. However, if the client does not have a holiday rental insurance certificate, a security deposit check of €500 will be requested, either by bank transfer or in cash as a last resort.

This deposit is required to obtain the keys to your accommodation.
