Just 15 minutes from Lyon, La Grange Moderne welcomes you into a fully renovated former farmhouse, where the charm of original materials meets contemporary décor. At the heart of the living area lies a genuine surprise: an old wine press, preserved and still in working order, recalling the area's winemaking heritage while adding an unusual touch to your stay. Gather around the spacious living area, enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or challenge your loved ones to a game of table football.
Upstairs, the mezzanine features a bedroom with a double bed, while the lounge offers two additional sleeping spaces, accommodating up to 4 guests in a warm and welcoming setting. The modern bathroom with shower and reversible air conditioning ensure comfort in every season.
Outside, enjoy a terrace overlooking a leafy garden shared with the owners. Depending on your mood, relax in the shade, prepare a meal on the plancha grill or unwind on the sun loungers. During the season, the shared outdoor swimming pool adds an extra touch of relaxation to your stay.
La Grange Moderne also benefits from an ideal location. Close to major roads, it is a convenient stop for travellers passing through, cyclists following the ViaRhôna route, with secure bicycle storage available, or visitors wishing to explore Lyon while enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. An electric vehicle charging station is just 150 metres away, and free parking is available.
