With the autumn weather, it would have been appreciated if the heating was on when we arrived and that at least an explanatory note of the heating devices was provided. With a faulty electrical outlet, a leak at the sink seal, no pressure in the shower, I find the price slightly excessive given the quality of the material. However the change of scenery and the unusual side pleased us very much. The heated pool was nice.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis suite à votre séjour au sein de notre domaine. Nos chauffages sont toujours allumés avant l’arrivée des clients. Il y a certainement eu un oubli pour lequel nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses. Pour la prise, une des trois prises était autrefois reliée à un régulateur de chauffage mais n’est désormais plus utile et désactivée. Elle ne fonctionne donc pas. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu vous interpeller et allons faire le nécessaire pour la couvrir. Pour ce qui concerne la pression de l’eau : nous n’avons encore jamais eu ce type de retour de la part de nos clients, nous allons vérifier qu’il n’y ait pas un problème technique sur cet hébergement. Pour la fuite au lavabo, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Le bec de cygne a été changé dès connaissance du problème. Il est regrettable que vous ne vous soyez manifesté auprès de l’équipe du village qui aurait pu intervenir dans un très court délai. Restant à votre disposition, Bien cordialement, Jeanne.
Nous nous sommes exprimés au matin puisqu'arrivés à 19h, l'équipe était déjà partie quand nous avons constatés les faits.le chauffage était effectivement branché sur la prise qui ne fonctionnait pas, l'erreur devait venir de la ?, ce n'est pas grave notre séjour a tout de même été.
Comfort and cleanliness. Calm. Original accommodation. On the other hand, the reservation for our children was not taken into account neither on the Internet nor by telephone. Deserves to be better stored in front of the charming trailer (deposit of materials). We will keep fond memories of our stay.

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de laisser une note, toutefois nous serions ravis d’avoir plus de détails sur ce qui n’allait pour pouvoir nous améliorer. Notre roulotte était à 145€, une roulotte pour 5 personnes avec douche, WC, cuisine, linge de lit et linge de toilette fournis, nettoyage final inclus, accès à une piscine chauffée et couverte ainsi que des vélos en libre accès, une aire de jeux pour enfants, table de ping-pong, une offre d’extras comme les petits-déjeuners, panier-repas, espace bien être… Notre offre est très complète et justifie notre tarif. Nos services sont assez variés. Ainsi nous apprécierons vraiment d’avoir plus de renseignements sur ce qui ne vous a pas satisfait afin de nous améliorer. Cordialement Jeanne
