Located just 5 minutes from the village of Cocumont (home to the Côtes du Marmandais wine cooperative and Domaine Elian Da Ros), 12 minutes from Marmande (shops, train station, Garorock festival), and 30 minutes from Casteljaloux (thermal spa, golf course, casino, swimming lake), our guesthouse is the ideal base to explore the best of Southwest France.

Comfortable & Independent Accommodations
Choose from three accommodations, each with a private entrance:
Gaïa Family Suite (38 m²): master bedroom (king-size bed + lounge), second bedroom for children or adults (2 x 80x200 cm beds or 1 x 160x200 cm bed), bathroom, WC, and private terrace.
Prana Family Room (32 m²): for 2–3 guests, with king-size bed, bathroom, WC, and private terrace.
Foudre Talbot Room (7 m²): a unique and cozy space for 2, with a sleeping loft under a dome (1 x 140 cm bed, accessed by ladder), bathroom with WC, and private SPA.
