A romantic and confidential getaway, perched at the top of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, beneath a sky of rare purity. Here, the view opens endlessly onto the wild landscapes of the Causse de Cajarc, with mineral plateaus, infinite horizons and nights filled with stars.
Nestled away from the world, this authentic dry-stone caselle offers total immersion in a preserved natural environment. From the refuge, numerous walks in the heart of nature invite contemplation, calm and disconnection, along discreet paths, changing light and deep silence.
Inside, the caselle reveals an intimate and soothing cocoon. Raw stone, wood and soft light create a warm, minimalist atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and a dining table allow you to prepare and share meals in a comfortable and carefully designed setting.
A metal staircase leads to the bedroom, a true secret nest beneath a vaulted ceiling of limewashed stone. The cosy bed, Feng Shui ambiance and absolute calm promise deeply restorative nights.
Outside, the spaces have been designed as true living areas open to the landscape.
A first panoramic terrace features an outdoor bed, ideal for resting, reading or contemplating the sky and the Milky Way. On a second terrace, a dining table allows you to enjoy meals facing the horizon.
Sun loungers, an open-air natural shower and a jacuzzi nestled among the trees extend moments of relaxation, in an exceptional atmosphere.

Cajarc, just a few minutes away, offers all amenities: shops, restaurants, water sports, tennis, organic stores, pharmacy, and much more. Many cultural visits are also within easy reach: Château de Cenevières, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the Pech Merle caves, as well as Rocamadour, Cahors, and other must-see sites in the Lot region.
I imagined and designed Le Refuge des Étoiles as a unique place for couples to slow down, reconnect, and find each other again, far from the rush of daily life. Every detail, from the dry-stone walls to the terraces open to the sky, has been chosen to create an atmosphere of calm and serenity, where it is easy to savor the present moment together.My wish is for this refuge to become an intimate haven, a cocoon where nature, the sky, and the warmth of the stone invite intimacy, whispered confidences, and suspended moments.I hope you leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and, above all, more connected to yourselves and to each other.
