The domain
In the heart of the South-West of France, la Gascogne is a preserved and peaceful area enjoying an exceptional geographical position, halfway between the Atlantic and the mountains, 1h45 from Bordeaux and Toulouse.
Its population, among the least dense in France, cultivates a "savoir vivre" which includes some treasures of French gastronomy such as duck, ceps, foie gras and Armagnac (the oldest eau de vie of France) !
With its hills, sunflowers and cypresses, Gascony is often called "La Toscane Française". Les yourtes de Gascogne welcome you, between vineyards and valleys, on a one-hectare poplar plantation. The yurts are well protected, at the bottom of the domain, in the heart of the enclosed 450m2.
Nous avons vécu 4 ans dans ces yourtes jumelées avec notre fils et les avons conçues fonctionnelles et faciles à vivre pour un retour à la nature sans concéder aux conforts de la vie moderne. Nous vivons sur le terrain, dans une maison rénovée par nos soins. Nous sommes toujours ravis de rencontrer de nouveaux visiteurs et sommes à leur disposition pour tout besoin ou question sur la région !
