In one of the bedrooms there was a light that did not work. I also find that in one of the cabins where there are 3 single beds (the high one much too close to the wall, not much room to move) I'm not claustrophobic so to tell you! After a lot of spiders for me grrr Otherwise overall it was good

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to complete the satisfaction survey. We regret to hear that your stay was not entirely satisfactory. An on-call team is present on the property day and night, and also available by phone. You mentioned having problems with the lighting; indeed, the cabin lights typically last 3-4 hours. If you experienced issues with yours, we would have been happy to replace it. Regarding the cabin layout, we tried to optimize the floor space, which is why it is located so close to the wall. We have taken note of your feedback and will pass it on to our maintenance team to try and modify the layout so that guests are more comfortable. Our maintenance team checks the cabins daily. Unfortunately, we are in a natural setting, and we sometimes pass by cobwebs. We will be more vigilant in the future. Thank you and we hope to see you again soon.
