Le nom “Franche-Comté” ne vous parle pas ? Vous pensez que ça a un rapport vague avec un fromage et vous n’êtes même pas sûr que c’est en France ? Alors faite vite votre sac pour le week-end car vous êtes en train de passer à côté de quelque chose ! Moins connue et moins en vue que d’autres régions française, la Franche-Comté est pourtant un coin magnifique pour ceux qui prennent le temps de la découvrir. A la frontière avec la Suisse, c’est une région largement rurale, avec des lacs, des montagnes, des plaines agricoles et surtout beaucoup de forêts. Idéale pour les randonnées à pied ou en VTT ! Et une escapade en Suisse voisine est à portée de main, là, tout près…
De nombreuses opportunités culturelles
La France-Comté regorge de trésors d’histoire et de culture. Besançon, la capitale franc-comtoise, va vous étonner par sa diversité culturelle : la Citadelle Vauban (classée au Patrimoine Mondial de l’Unesco), l’horloge astronomique, la maison de Victor Hugo, le musée du Temps (hommage au savoir-faire de la Franche-Comté dans le domaine de l’horlogerie), la Cité des Arts et de la Culture, etc. La liste est trop longue ! N’oublions pas aussi les villes de Belfort, connue pour le Lion de Bartholdi et le célèbre festival des Eurockéennes, et la ville de Dole, son quai des tanneurs et le dédale de ses petites rues entrelacées autour de la splendide collégiale Notre-Dame.
