A wonderful gift for our wedding! Philippe gave us a very warm welcome, and the atmosphere was great. We met people we didn't know, but we're not shy, so we chatted with lots of people. Haven of peace that invites contemplation. I loved the landscape and the cabins are real cabins, comfortable and natural. The local side, sharing and recycling is a plus. The natural pool delights me. I like fresh water and fish. THANKS

For this price it is better to go to the hotel! A deplorable welcome, the breakfast a real mockery, not to mention that we had to make the bed ourselves (we took the extra sheets).

- The cabin was dusty, the sheets stained and the view "under the stars" unobstructed .. - Old equipment and in poor condition .. - In terms of value for money, what justifies this price? Too expensive in my opinion. - Restful place, taking breakfast is really nice. - Very welcoming staff.

Hello Madam, As stated in our brochure, we welcome all constructive criticism. The swimming pool is actually a natural swimming area measuring 15m x 6m, and the cabins each have a minimum of 500m² of floor space, within a 13-hectare park. I won't go into detail about the various negative reviews; I believe it was a case of mismatched staff, and if you had expressed your dissatisfaction before leaving the site, I might have been able to improve the description on the AbracadaRoom website. The concept of Cap'Cabane is immersion in nature and a form of simplicity that prioritizes human interaction. Therefore, we do offer ping pong, shuffleboard, traditional wooden games, and a walk along the river rather than television and a jacuzzi. I am sincerely sorry that you were not satisfied. Hello I'm surprised by your review, as you didn't mention your disappointment upon departure. Regarding the welcome, I don't understand; this isn't a common theme in reviews, but I'm willing to reflect on my own performance. We did have a good conversation, as you mentioned you were a singer, and you even offered to perform a concert on-site. As for breakfast, it consists mainly of local products from local artisans. It includes bread, homemade brioches, butter, jams, bottled organic orange juice (purely squeezed), and a choice of beverage such as coffee or tea. Indeed, I didn't have the type of plant-based milk you requested. Is that really so important? Regarding the sheets, we do encourage guests to bring their own for short stays, and we offer a sheet set and pillowcase rental for €8. These are provided at reception but not made up. So, we don't offer hotel services, but rather a stay in a cabin, providing peace and quiet, a chance to disconnect, and an immersion in the forest. Philippe, Manager
