Just a note about the meal that was already mentioned when we handed over the keys, one of the 2 meals had uncooked chicken meat with a lot of skin. We were unable to eat it. Kind regards

Great experience and quality accommodation. Too bad the noise of the spa which starts automatically very regularly and small star less for the gourmet meal delivered in a basket: Copious but very tasty. We pay more for the concept than for the quality of this meal. However I would recommend the stay to each couple, it was super top

Good morning, Sir, First of all, thank you for taking the time this morning to understand your disappointment and the areas for improvement needed to ensure a fully satisfactory stay. In terms of organization, we have been working with the team to find ways to reduce waiting times for our guests upon arrival and to follow the order of arrival to avoid any frustration. A guest arrival tracking system is now in place. We will be more careful when taking breakfast orders to ensure that we don't forget any drinks, as happened during your stay. We will also review our welcome message to emphasize that while the available options are designed to reduce waste, consumables are in no way rationed or limited; quite the opposite. I have noted the need to review the contents of the gourmet dinner with our caterer regarding the quality of the ingredients. I discussed this matter with him. Finally, we will try adjusting the filtration schedule to improve the dining experience as well. Thank you again for your recommendations and we sincerely apologize for any shortcomings.
